Accuplacer Scores

Accuplacer testing will begin late March, 2013 on the CSEC campus. 
Make an Accuplacer Appointment

CSEC will accept Accuplacer scores from other approved Accuplacer testing sites.  A copy of the official score report must be submitted.   Students who test before March, 2013 will be asked to re-test unless their scores are college-ready. 

School Records

CSEC will send for these directly from the school.  No records will be requested from previous schools until February of the enrollment year.  Homeschoolers must provide their own records with the New Student Enrollment Form.
□ Transcript for incoming 10th, 11th & 12th graders
□ Most recent Grade or Progress Report for incoming 9th graders
□ Current Schedule and Grades if enrolling before June 1st
□ Attendance & Discipline Records
□ IEP/504/GT Documents, if applicable

Homeschool Grade Reports must be provided by parents for their homeschooled students including a transcript ( for incoming 10th-12th graders) or an 8th Grade Report Card (for incoming 9th Graders).  Homeschool Transcripts must include original dated signature of parent/guardian, student full name and date of birth, grade level and school year each course was completed and credits awarded for each course based on % of course completed or Carnegie Units (120 hours=1 year credit).  An optional template is available at http://csec914.org/prospective-students/enrollment-process.

Submit in person:
          in the Admin Office (Suite E) during school hours --  8:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
          at any informational meeting or Accuplacer testing session

CSEC partners with PPCC to offer college courses to CSEC students as part of CSEC's normal school day.

         

CSEC is authorized by Charter School Institute, a state-wide organization that acts somewhat like a school district.

           

Colorado League of Charter Schools supports CSEC with training and other services.
            

Many CSEC students attend off-campus classes at Pikes Peak CC, Arapahoe CC, RedRocks CC, Community College of Aurora and University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
