Official Transcript & Records Request Form

All Official Transcript Requests must be submitted in writing using the online form below.

This form can also be used to request full-time enrollment status verification for insurance companies, scholarships or for Social Security or VA purposes. 

All fees must be paid in full before transcripts will be produced.

IMPORTANT:   If, for any reason, a request for records cannot be completed as requested, a CSEC staff member will contact the person requesting the records giving the reason and the course of action needed.  If the reason is due to a PowerSchool issue or some other reason outside of the student's control, CSEC staff will make it a priority to resolve the issue quickly, and will produce the records as soon as possible.  If the reason is based on an action the student needs to take, the request will NOT be saved.   AFter the issue has been resolved, the student must place a new records request.

Please be specific. i.e. College Admission Application or Full-time verification for auto insurance, etc. Also be specific about exactly what is being requested if it is something other than what is listed below.
  • Official Transcript: Signed, embossed and sealed; usually required by other schools and colleges/universities
  • Unofficial Transcript: for your personal use and/or information
  • Enrollment Verification for Full Time Student

Please allow at least 5 business days to process your request.
  • I will pick up in CSEC Admin Office (Suite E). Unofficial only---Official Transcripts must be sent to a school or scholarship organization. Exceptions will be made for graduating Seniors.

CSEC partners with PPCC to offer college courses to CSEC students as part of CSEC's normal school day.

         

CSEC is authorized by Charter School Institute, a state-wide organization that acts somewhat like a school district.

           

Colorado League of Charter Schools supports CSEC with training and other services.
            

Many CSEC students attend off-campus classes at Pikes Peak CC, Arapahoe CC, RedRocks CC, Community College of Aurora and University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
