Off-Campus Attendance Verification

As a public school, CSEC depends on funding from the Colorado Department of Education.  This funding is based on many criteria, one of the most important being attendance.

Attendance of off-campus courses must be proven using an Attendance Verification form.   This applies to every off-campus class -- no exceptions.

Off-campus attendance must be verified during every summer and fall term.

Note that there are three different forms:

Fall PPCC or UCCS

Fall CTU

Fall Online

Please follow the instructions VERY CAREFULLY!!  You must turn in the original form to the registrar's office (room 255).    Please do not leave the form anywhere else on campus!  Faxes and scans will not be accepted.  And please keep a copy for your records.

Remember:  your off-campus contract stipulates that failure to submit an attendance verification form will result in you having to pay for your courses.  If you do not submit an Attendance Verification Form, you will be billed for your off-campus courses.  As soon as you turn in your completed form, the charges will be removed from your account.
