Thank You Waldo Canyon Volunteers!

Thank you so much to our volunteers May 16th and May 7th!  Together CSEC students and staff planted over 700 trees in an effort to restore the Waldo Canyon forest.  This is an amazing contribution to our community.

CSEC Variety Show - Wednesday, May 22nd

The CSEC Drama and Music Department are presenting a fabulous Variety Show on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 7:00-9:00pm at Jackson Elementary School. Seating in the gym/theatre will open at 6:30pm. The show includes singing, dancing, comedies & more! Entry to the show is free. Come support CSEC's talented drama & choir students. Is it hard for you to get a job due to lack of experience?  Volunteer!   Get started on your career now!

Customer Service - Get experience by volunteering at non-profit organizations.
Accounting - Assist in Forensic Accounting cases.
Health Care - Volunteer at Memorial Hospital. Several areas of involvement available.  Orientation will be held at the end of the month.  Apply now!
Have a heart for Senior Citizens?  Volunteer to play games, sing, run crafts etc.
Gazette Newspaper - FALL- internships in graphic design, marketing, journalism, photography.
Magazine - Publishing or Marketing.  learn the about magazine journalism and advertising.
Pikes Peak Library - Summer reading assistant, program and crafts, reading with kids.
Parks and Recreation - Volunteer and paid positions.
YMCA - work with kids and sports!

CSEC partners with PPCC to offer college courses to CSEC students as part of CSEC's normal school day.

          

CSEC is authorized by Charter School Institute, a state-wide organization that acts somewhat like a school district.

            

Colorado League of Charter Schools supports CSEC with training and other services.		             

Many CSEC students attend off-campus classes at Pikes Peak CC, Arapahoe CC, RedRocks CC, Community College of Aurora and University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
