Delay & Closure Policy

Delay & Closure FAQ's

CSEC will close ONLY when D11 closes. 

CSEC will delay two hours:

if D11 delays
 or
if D20 delays or closes 
  or
if D49 delays or closes 

CSEC Buses will run exactly the route two hours later than normal when CSEC is delayed.  

 

 

 

CSEC partners with PPCC to offer college courses to CSEC students as part of CSEC's normal school day.

          

CSEC is authorized by Charter School Institute, a state-wide organization that acts somewhat like a school district.

            

Colorado League of Charter Schools supports CSEC with training and other services.		             

Many CSEC students attend off-campus classes at Pikes Peak CC, Arapahoe CC, RedRocks CC, Community College of Aurora and University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
