CSEC Communication

Because CSEC is such a unique school, there is a need for a unique communication system!

CSEC's modes of communication include:

Crossroads -- Newsletter with information for ALL students and parents.
                          (sent via email)  crossroads@csec914.org

CSEC TODAY! -- Emails with important, timely news and information. Sent out as needed.
                          (Formerly titled IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!)

PowerSchool Daily Bulletin -- All students and parents have access to PowerSchool for these daily
                          announcements.

Mailings -- Progress reports, transcripts, bills and occasional important letters are mailed to students
                          and/or parents.

CSEC914.org -- CSEC's website provides a large variety of information for current and prospective
                          students.

Off-Campus Connection -- An  email newsletter directed
primarily towards off-campus students.  OCC contains news and information that pertains to all students taking off-campus classes.   We hope this will make it easier for our valued off-campus students to easily stay informed about what is required of off-campus students and the services and resources available to them through CSEC.  occonnect@csec914.org

We encourage all students and parents to read Crossroads, CSEC TODAY!, PowerSchool Daily Bulletins and any mailings sent to you! Also, check in at csec914.org regularly to keep up with events or for staff contact lists and forms you might need. We want you connected to CSEC and know what's going on so you don't miss anything!

Letter from Keith King regarding Accuplacer and PPCC (October 27, 2012)

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
 (August 30, 2012)

CSEC partners with PPCC to offer college courses to CSEC students as part of CSEC's normal school day.

CSEC is authorized by Charter School Institute, a state-wide organization that acts somewhat like a school district.

Colorado League of Charter Schools supports CSEC with training and other services.

Many CSEC students attend off-campus classes at Pikes Peak CC, Arapahoe CC, RedRocks CC, Community College of Aurora and University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
